Oh poor thing!! I can remember doing that exact same thing when I was young, only I was mad at my dad who said we were finished riding bikes and had to go home, so I took off like a shot, lost control of the bike, hit a bump, and went over the handle bars. I feel for your son. It really smarts!! I hope he is better.
